Guys it's come to my attention that I've never been totally and completely open with you...so I decided to give it a shot (Warning: The Following Blog Post Contains Enough Cliches To Make Even Your Grandmother Go: "Motherfuck thats a lot of cliches")
You see recently I lost my best friend, I didn't bring it up earlier because nothing was confirmed (and things still aren't confirmed but I extrapolated some data and came to a conclusion o_o) ah I'm not gonna go into what our argument was about (cause in summary it actually sounds pretty stupid XD) but I'll tell you it was more of gradual degradation then a blow out, which leads me to my first cliche
Cliche You Hate But You Know It's True #1: Some People Are In Our Lives For A Reason, A Season, Or A Life Time. Usually when a degradation happens that just means this person wasn't ever meant to be in your life forever, let's be honest both of you were getting sick of each other by this time, I mean every now and again you could barely be around the other person, the friendship became more of a chore than anything else?, That's a clue to get the fuck out of there.
Cliche You Hate But You Know It's True #2: Don't Chase After The People You've Lost, It's A Waste Of Both Your Time and Their's, If Your Losing This Person That Means It's Time For You To Rise To The Next Level. That's right your evolving)...just like in Pokemon, no no don't push that B Button, no goods gonna come from that just let yourself rise to that higher state like your supposed to nobody wants to be a Pikachu forever (especially after 10 seasons ASH -_-) this relates back to that reason or a season thing, maybe this person was just there to get you through a tough time, or teach you a couple of lessons, now that that's done with let's move on to find new lessons because "I want to be the very best...like no one ever was DUNDUNDUN to catch them is my real test to train them is my cauuussee POKEMON GOTTA CATCH EM ALL (It's You And Me) SOMETHING SOMETHING DESTINY POKEMON"
Cliche You Hate But You Know It's True #3: Don't Cry Because It's Over, Smile Because It Happened. So it's over...does that mean this whole relationship was a waste of time NAAAH you had some good//great time right? Right? Think about that instead of how much you'll miss the person, put it into a chapter of your life that's now complete (fuck that should have been a cliche on it's own)
Cliche You Hate But You Know It's True #4: There Are Plenty Of Fish In The Sea. You think this mofo is the only person the face of the planet that'll like you, wake up and smell the 6.1 Billion other people on Earth if you keep your chin up, take off that stink of desperation, and just keep smiling (and by keep smiling I mean NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS DURING A CONVERSATION JUST KEEP SMILING) you'll find a plethora of new friends to hang out with (I can haz bonus points for big word usage?)
Cliche You Hate But You Know It's True #5: Don't Worry About A Thing, Cause Every Little Thing, Is Gonna Be Alright. Oh Bob Marley you wise, high as fuck, wise man it's true think back to an awful time in your life WAIT WAIT don't flashback now I'm not done talking, think how you felt at that time, something like you'll never get through this?, a hopelessness that could never be filled?, like you'd never laugh again? Well guess what you did get through it, hope was found, and you did laugh again (For Hormone Enriched 13 Year Olds reading this don't worry you will -_-) same things gonna happen this time and you'll come out better and stronger for it
Ah that's about it for this post, I wrote this for two reasons: 1. I did genuinely feel bothered by this and needed to write some of this down just to clear my head and feel better (mission accomplished), and 2. These cliches did help me no matter how lame they are, and I figured maybe they could help another person out going through something similar (hopefully mission accomplished)
I'm Losing My Finger-Licking Mind,
